The monthly Jazz Jam series continues. What started off as just 4 guys jamming in my living room has expanded into a genuine gathering of friends and musicians. The next one will be Monday, March 19th at 7.00. Musicians please arrive early to set up.
This months special guest will be bassist Mark Dunlap of the Interplay Jazz Band. The rest of the regular group is John Crankshaw on drums, Mitch Pine on piano and myself on my trusty old soprano bassoon. Please feel encouraged to bring your instruments! We would love to have violins or any wind instruments! Microphones will be provided. So come on down and enjoy a free concert, hang out with friends, make new ones, have some wine or whatever -and please bring the wine or whatever.
